Service Description

As a doula, Jess offers continuous physical, emotional, educational, and partner support during the perinatal period and birth, helping you and your partner(s)/birth companion(s) have a positive and empowering birth experience. Support includes: group chat (from time of hire), 2 prenatal visits, 3 appointment accompaniments (can be transferred to 3 postpartum hours if unused), on-call support via text from 37 weeks, continuous in-person support throughout labour, including 1-5 hours postpartum, and a minimum of 3 postpartum visits
